Its About You.mp3

WELCOME

"My Goal with in music is to point out to the young people and  older alike that its much more to life than what is portrayed in the media because the media and entertainment industry has such a tremendous influence on the youth and culture these days that I feel it lacks the moral fortitude to display what true art really is by only promoting sex, drugs, violence and materialistic things. One of the messages I want to convey among many is that anyone who has a dream or an ambition can accomplish that dream, and more importantly that all things are possible through God, hard work and commitment".

"SEVENS" - The Mix Tape Almost Here!!

                      About Me

Name -   Jeremiah Rae.

Age -  25

Music  Inspirational Hip/Hop, R&B, Techno Rhythm, Gospel, Dub Step R&B R&G.

Recording Company -   Independent

My Sound -  I Produce, Sing, Rap  and Compose music; As well as play Guitar and Piano. So my sound in my opinion is unique, Seeing that I was raised in a household of music  that was pretty much all GOSPEL.  Also how My Dad and Mom were and are still very serious about their beliefs in God along with their love of music and songwriting  it kind of  rubbed off on me. So my sound is like a mixture of R&B, Rap and Gospel  as well as what ever type of mood I happen to feel at that moment.

How I Got Started - I started from the bottom now I'm here"  No but honestly I started out playing the piano. As a child I remember getting my first Electric Piano from a friend of my mom and shortly after that I began playing by ear, and "trying" to sing. When I got a little older my family and homies joked on me for singing and told me that I couldn't sing,  Which was also around the same time of  the whole "BOW WOW, LIL ROMEO" teen rappers epidemic. Trying to get girls, I began to  start writing raps the braids thing wasn't gonna work for me though. My Sister also had a great deal to do with me getting into music and rapping  because she (though she'll deny it today ) used to flow and write the bomb raps along with singing and  writing poetry and as her little bro I looked up to her and pretty much tried to do everything she did besides be a girl .

Inspiration  -  My inspiration is GOD, first and for most because if it wasn't for Him I would not be able to do anything, let alone music and that's why no matter what type of genre of music that I create I have to first acknowledge Him.  As far as other artists; I don't really "Look Up" to  any of them because I feel that though  there are great musicians, lyricists, producers and such, There are also much more under ground artist and under rated artists out there that in my opinion are  also very talented. So rather than me look up to someone else that has already gotten in the door, I look up to all the people that are talented and skilled that hasn't yet made it but still continues to produce, rap, sing , rock, pop and compose music Though I don't look up to a lot of different main stream artists I have the up most respect for them for making it and doing there thing.

The Mix Tape is Almost Here!!

                      SEVENS - The Mixtape

The "Sevens Mixtape" is my first Gospel, Inspirational Rap Mix tape. Though many may find it disagreeable I don't want this tape to be primarily for "Church Folks" I am targeting secular listeners as well. Because these days most people feel conviction or condemnation when playing Christian Music_ and the other half that aren't sure what they believe; feels as if the musician is indirectly aiming to convert them over to an unknown lifestyle. So with all these preconceived notions they choose to not even bother. But with SEVENS I am taking music which they can Identify a familiarity with, and by it showing them we are all not so different. Because at the end and the beginning of the day God Love's each and everyone of us no matter which side we presently identify with.

What to Expect

With SEVENS  you can expect to see a diversity of music, catchy word play that is  not usually practiced in Christian Hip Hop. You can also expect diverse style and presentation. Its more than just Gospel Rap, way more! Its Gospel TRAP Lol jk. but this is the voice of not only myself but I like to believe the voice of a vast unheard generation of Believers in Christ. Including some of the most talented un-discovered and discovered artists.

Where Can I Get It?

I'm working out deals with a handful of companies and Music Distributors but you will be able to download tracks from most Big Name  businesses like.. iTunes, Spotify, Rhapsody, Amazon Music, YouTube, Facebook and many others . I'm kind of old school though so if and all else fails I'd be more than happy to hand deliver CD's, Products, Mp3 USB's and any Material's you may be interested in.

Who I'd  Work With In The Industry

This is where I may lose a lot of you, But as most of you may already know .. I'd love to work with some of the mainstream Gospel Artist, Le'crae, Chris August, Canton Jones, Chris Searcy, Yolanda Adams, Bebe & Cece (My parents loved them) Fred Hammond, Mali Music, Forever Jones and so many others! Because I completely respect all the things each of you do for The Kingdom of God!
